Super Bowl Sunday menu

5 hours until Super Bowl.  Chili in crockpot? check.  Wings marinating in Jan's Rub and CT getting ready to go see the MAK with hickory? check.  Beer properly chilled? check.  Salamis smoked? check.  Smoked white cheddar coming to room temp? check.  Salsa ready to be poured into bowl? check.

All the hype is over.  It's time to leave it all on the field.  No matter who your favorite team, win lose or draw, have a great day!

SpiceNSlice salami, with chopped black olives, minced banana peppers, glug of EVOO, Mrs Dash garlic blend, and red wine instead of the water.




And some shrimp taking a quick bath with a dusting of Yardbird rub and lots of CT!




I'll put the shrimp in around kickoff.

I rolled a brisket out, now resting. wings in get'n the smoke poured to them, beer cold as hell(sitting outside -9C right now)
Still waiting for the GREEN BAY to take the field????  Well maybe next year ;D ;D
