Greetings from N. Texas! I've had my BDS 6rack for 3 years now and love it! Did not know this forum existed till yesterday so here I am. Great site and I've I learned a lot already.

Doing a small brisket today (5lbs) for superbowl - temp is up to 174. can't wait!

Before finding this site, spent most of my on-line personal time on a few classic Pontiac sites. To me old cars and smoking/grilling are a nice combo.

GTOs I hope.   ;)

Worked with a guy that is a GTO fanatik.  At one time he had no less than 13 of them, mostly around 65 to 67 vintage.  Actully took a 67 convertible and converted it to a right hand drive as he loved to go to the Pontiac Nationals in Ausutralia.  He took classes in welding, plastics, and a few other skills so he could cut apart the dash and refabricate it to fit right hand.  He stripped every car down to the chassis and had pretty much the entire part catalog memorized.  Did I mention he was a fanatik?

Welcome. Are you considered a newbie-veteran or a veteran-newbie?
With my Bradley, no one tells me to quit smoking!
