Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Raye Minor and I'm a member of the Bradley Smoker forums. My handle on the forums is Oldman (Olds.)

One of our members posted a link to your bacon recipe. After reviewing  it and seeing you showed a Bradley unit as the smoker,  I would like to ask you if we may add your bacon recipe/ pictures to our Member's Recipe Page. Of course full credit and a working link to your site will be included.

To give you an idea of what we are doing, there is a team who is collecting recipes from the members and  addressing question often asked. The first step is the members of the team  posted  what has been gleaned or answered on another site for editing. Then the item(s) are moved to the Recipe Page.

This is one of our current projects that address the first part of a question concerning Food Poisining and Food Hygiene. It should be finished in another week and then it will be added to the Recipe Page.
