<font face="Arial"><font size="3"><font color="maroon">I just realized that I have not registered my warranty with Bradley.  I got out my owner's manual and the only form I could find was the one in the back of the manual which is in Spanish.  Since I do not speak Spanish I am lost.  I will bet that there was a seperate form loose in the booklets and I must have lost it.  Can anyone enlighten me?

I hate it when they stuff little cards and other junk in magazines and other stuff like manuals.  I am just on automatic when they fall out.  I just pick them up and throw them away and I bet that was the problem.

Will be starting a 4 pound brisket around midnight for tomorrows supper.  I can't wait!

Any help would be appreciated.

Fire off an email to Chez. He'll know how to take care of it, otherwise call Bradley. They may have the information they need already for warranty purposes. When I had a problem, all they asked for was the serial number.

Sauce, on the contact link above you can register online. If I recall, you can submit the serial number from the back of the smoker and date of purchase etc.

P.S. Let me know how your brisket turned out, I'm doing my first one on Sunday. I too can't wait...[:D][:D]

Using the e-mail link should be no problem, that's how I did mine. Got a response within "I think" the next day, but may have taken two

Sauce,

All they will want is the serial #, date of purchase (this should be easily verified by the vendor you bought it from), and your phone #. They want the phone # because your replacement parts will be sent via DHL & they require that info.

Ya think next time I check into a hotel & they ask "Smoking or Non?" they would mind?
