smoked peanuts w/ vietnamese fish sauce

recipe idea suggested to me on another food related site i read

vietnamese fish sauce
chili powder
pinch of cayenne

smoked, then roasted in the oven.

these were excellent! the fish sauce adds a nice kick of saltiness.
