recipe idea suggested to me on another food related site i read

vietnamese fish sauce
chili powder
pinch of cayenne

smoked, then roasted in the oven.

these were excellent! the fish sauce adds a nice kick of saltiness.

Those look great.  Since I'm a nuoc mam junkie I'll have to give that a try.
