11 lbs. took 2 hrs from start to finish including grinding and mixing and cleaning up.

Frying up the leftovers and they were great. John reduced the salt to 4 Tbls and used the accent and increased the chipotle to 2 Tbls. Oh this was Gregs Spicy Snack stick recipe.
