 This was posted on another forum too.  I seen this on the show (No Reservations Prague on the Travel channel) Anyways these guys butcher a hog,  then they are making sausage and literally stuff the casings by hand!  It sure is something!  Starts around the 6:48 minutes.  Here is the link

He does those sausages faster than a machine. :o
If it has eyes and a head,I would probably eat it. Eh

I've never seen sausage stuffing like that.  Very cool video.
