First, let me do the obligatory disclaimer...DISCARD USED MARINADE AFTER DONE MARINATING"  ;)

Now for reality  ::) ...I marinated 1/2 the chicken pieces honey teriyaki marinade & 1/2 in carribbean jerk marinade for 2 hours. I saved the marinades & boiled them down (5 min boil time). Then I basted the pieces with the appropriate marinade for the last 1/2 hour (160 meat temp) of cooking time. I pulled them out at 165. I didn't get the legs in time so I basted them when they were done at 165 & stuck them in a 400 deg oven for 5 minutes.
