Another New Canadian Smoker (well, soon to be)

I am from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and I am planning to purchase a 6 rack digital in the next few weeks. Hope I will start making good smoked food and reading the posts here I believe I have found the best "smokers" website on the planet.

Welcome from the West Coast Captainslug. I was born in Edmonton but live on the coast now. Moved away about 50 years ago. Last time I was there was about 10 years ago. Have fun when you get your Bradley. Lots of great people here on the board who can answer all your question.

I was at the Bass Pro Shop in STL last week...
Saw the 6rack right next to the 4rack...
$80 difference... (huge difference for the money)
