Baldrick, glad the ribs turned out good.  I'm hoping to try and do some more this weekend.  Wonder if my mom would appreciate some BBs as a Mother's Day present.... [:D]

One adjustment I've made is when putting them in the oven, I like to do the last 15-20 minutes or so with the ribs uncovered with additional sauce so they get a little crunchy.  They still fall off the bone, but they get that good 'grilled' texture that most people like.  Either way, this is a great method.
