Hey Members, I'm semi  retired after 35 years.  I reside in southern Alberta, Canada, and spend a lot of time at Twin Lakes Village, just outside Coeur d'
Alene in North Idaho.  I am the father of two sons, the grandfather of two girls and one boy.   I live by the motto;  "life is like a cold beer, there is no such thing as a bad one, it's just that some are a little bit better than others"! I enjoy golf, hockey, smoking and the odd Cohiba, when I can get my hands on them.  Oh, also enjoy Miller Chill, good single malt, and my MRS.  (but not in that order?????) ;)

Welcome spunky! We won't hold it against you that you're from Canada, but maybe we will about the Cohiba statement if we ever figure out what that means.  ;D
Rodney Dangerfield got his material from watching me.

Welcome and beware the counterfeit Cohiba!  Even in Canada where they are legal there are more fakes than real ones.

I have the old style SS, I've had it for some time, but was hesitant about getting on the forums.

Welcome to the forum Spunky.  Glad you decided to join us.  It's all about fun, friendship and smoking foods in no particular order.  You will find this is a pretty unique group of people.  Most have never met one another face to face and are scattered all over the world but are ALL willing to help out another member.

Welcome aboard
I too enjoy the odd Cohiba.
I have a box in my humidor, I actually celebrated some early spring sunshine and sat on my deck yesterday afternoon and smoked one
This while my DBS was busy smoking some drum sticks

Have fun and get smoking
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

As far as the Mrs. goes mine says I spend more time with my smoker and mixin things up than I do with her.

I think Kevin is bitter about our mastery in hockey.

Welcome to the forum. Lots good people with good ideas here.
With my Bradley, no one tells me to quit smoking!

Hey, sounds like a lot of good fun.  :D I live in Lethbridge, Alberta, that's about 60 miles north of the Montana border, about half way between
Great Falls, Mont. and Calgary Alberta.  I bought my Cohibas in Cuba, at the government outlet.  I've been burned by the counterfeits before, that's why I buy at the gov. outlet.  We get to Hayden every time we are in Twin Lakes, have some great friends that own the White Horse Saloon in Spirit Lake.  :) I personally think we got a bit fortuneate in that gold metal game, we let off the gas  >:(and the US sure took it to us.
