Has anyone tried Antelope Jerky? I was able to get 3 Antelope in Wyoming last fall and I still have plenty of meat. Was thinking about jerky. Anyone?<font color="brown"></font id="brown">

Well I put it in for curing. We'll see how it goes.

The came out pretty good. I think next time I will put some seasoning on the out side of the jerky before placing in the smoker. The flavor is great.

I used High Mountain's "Mandarin Teriaki".
