This starter mix is different than my sour dough started.

Because it is sugar based it is sweeter and doesn't have that sour dough twang.

I ate 4 of them. Butter and fig preserves.

Smoke some

Right on classicrockgriller

Nothing better then the smell and taste of home made bread right out of the oven.

CRG your bread looks great!  Now I'm not one to make sour dough bread but I do make Italian bread Dad passed to me years ago. I had a starter in the fridge I used for 1 year or so till the wife found it and thought it was a sci-project!!  Yep tossed that puppy in the trash!  :'(

I have not made bread since, but after reading this I will.

Live, ride, eat well and thank God!

Damn good looking rolls there CRG. Making burgers for them tonight?
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!
