New from Wisconsin

Just bought an OBS that had been used two times. I'm practically GIDDY with excitement!! I live on the backwaters of the Mississippi hope to work on smoking some of the fish in our backyard. I just started receiving early Social Security and hope to have the time to learn about the OBS. I also love jerky, ribs, pork, venison, turkey. well you get the picture. Looking forward to the great help available on this site and some day , be able to give some advice to others!

I call the river our backyard but right now OU812 is right, the river is about 6 inches from flood stage and we have water where I usually mow!

We are in La Crosse about 45 miles from PDC. I go to Cabela's there and next time will have a burger at Pete's for you !
