With this stupid weather......Rain.......Sleet......Snow

Didnt smoke the Carne...................NO  :-\

Didnt MAK the Carne.......................NO  :-\

So i just did the Carne in the cast skillit on the stove  ;D

Marinated for 5 hours.....................I have 4 this size flanks.

Maybe tomorrow i can MAK the other 3.

Carne Asada marinade. This is for 3 pounds. If you do more than 3 just double the ingredients.

3 lbs. of Beef
1/3 c. White Vinegar or Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
4 cloves of Garlic, minced
1/4 c. of Lime Juice
1/2 c. Olive Oil
1 tsp. each - salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, oregano, cumin, paprika.

You can adjust the recipe to your liking.

Mix all the above (except meat) together. Pour marinade over meat in a plastic ziplock bag, glass or plastic bowl, cover and fridge for 4 to 24 hours.

Grill and slice. Serve with warm tortillas, refried beans, rice or whatever.

I'd eat it no matter where you cooked it!

Food looks good though!!!
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

Habanero Smoker

This looks good. It strange, I've been getting all rain, and I wanted to smoke some chicken. I got tired of waiting and pulled out my Cameron Stove Top Smoker. I was able to smoke/cook enough to two meals.

     I
         don't
                   inhale.
