I've made this one several times - both as links in sheep casing and in patties - and like it a lot:

Olds, I just buy ground turkey or pork, depending on if I'm making low-fat or not.  Then add sage, maple syrup, salt, and pepper.  Form into patties and individually wrapped and into the freezer.  Grab a few out every Sunday morning, easy!

Much thanks all... I find it kind of strange that for a change I'm asking for help... and of course my smokin' friends come to the answer... You all are one great group... Again, Thank you!

This recipe blows Bob Evans away. I hope you enjoy.

3Lbs Pork Butt

1/2 TBSP Marjoram
1/2 TBSP Ground Black Pepper
1/8 TSP Accent
1/8 TSP Nutmeg
1/2 TBSP Ground Red Pepper

Grind meat through a fine grinding plate. Add spices, water and mix. Let Mixture stand 20 minutes and mix again. Fry a pattie and taste. Adjust the seasoning if needed and enjoy. It can be stoughed into sheep casing or made into patties.
