Well I took a little bit of everybody's sandwich recipes and came up with this (By the way THANKS all )

Pastrami by Habs THANKS it awesome

My own smoked Mozza cheese

OK set the scene

Standing in front of the stove top with the pan heating up and Toes by Zack Brown playing in the background

Ingriedients layed out ready to go

Rye Bread
Pastrami
Smoked Mozza cheese
brown mustard
dill pickles
sourkrout  (just in case)



Pans hot put in buttered bread and stack on the pastrami



Ah perfection




And the final outcome 1/2 with sourkrout 1/2 without  man was it good
