Got the Landjaeger stuffed and in the smoker this morning.

Going with 25mm natural casings.


My crude way of pressing................But hey it works...................I used to have some wood Landjaeger boards but cant find em, my wife says i tossed em  ???







I have 3 wild ones so i just racked em.



In @100* for 2 hours no smoke.
