Hello Everyone

I am From Manitoba, Canada, or as we call it the Prairies. I purchased the original Bradley smoker last week. After about 2 years of saying I should get me one of those. So I took the plunge and could not be happier! My fam too, because although they did not say it, I think they were getting tired of me trying to smoke food on a regular BBQ. As the saying goes every piece of equipment has a purpose. Anyway I am so glad that I found this forum. Thanks for including me and I will apologize in advance for any corny questions that may be coming your way. Happy Smokin!

Hi Blowin Smoke. Congrats on the smoker and welcome to the forum. You really can't go low and slow on a grill. The Bradley does a great job there.
