First Time Jerky

We tried Nepas' Backwoods Jerky today.  We used 4 pounds of venison and 1 pound of bottom round roast, cut cross-grain.
We put the meat in the marinade last night, and put it in the Bradley this morning:

Thanks, Nepas - this is a really good tasting jerky!!!
