Cleaning mmmmm.
I had a go at some chicken the weekend and I must say it tasted great and was probably one of the most moist tasty chickens I've ever eaten.
Why did I not brine years ago ... Anyway I thought I better clean the racks and drip tray due to some food residue bacteria etc.
So I popped them in the dishwasher and hey presto they are like new again. Did not clean the rest of the Bradley as I thought I would remove the seasoning.
Am I doing the right thing in regard to cleaning? :-\
Thanks

You betcha.

Clean the racks and V tray every time you use them.

I only clean the bottom tray and drip bowl when they start lookin nasty.

Dont clean the cabnet, if you start gettin flaky things in there just wad up some newspaper and gently brush the flakes off.

You should clean the door seal when it gets sticky too, I use rubbin alcohol.

Oh ya when you see hard black crap buildin on the puck burner use a putty knife and scrape it off. Make sure you hold the bottom of it wile scrapin.

Wile your doin that turn the generator so the vents are facin down and shake the saw dust out of it too.
