Hello everybody. I just found this site today. I have some ground meat(deer) in the smoker right now. I have had the bradley smoker for about two months now. I learn something everytime I use it.
Thanks
Jim

Welcome to the forum!

You know any good doctors?
See, that Smokin' Monkey said I needed one, and at first, I didn't believe him...
But---I have this pot of beans cookin'...  and every last single one of those silly beans say I should listen to the monkey.
But, I dunno.  I ain't in the habit of takin' advice from beans.  Red, or otherwise.
It's just not something I've ever done...

That don't make it wrong or nothin' -- just different.
I'm sure lots of folks get sage advice from various legumes on occaision...

Whaddya think?

When beans start talking to ya, you just might have had your head a bit too close to the smoke. I recomend a 10lb brisket with about 4hours of messy smoke. Then call me when it's time for dinner.     :D

Hi Jim and welcome to the forum.  We're all here for two reasons - to learn and to help whenever we can.

The Smoking Monkey reference was to classicrockgriller.  I see he replaced that avatar with a pic of himself.  ;D

Welcome Jim

Don't know about no talking beans and talking monkeys.  I quit that a long time ago!   ;D ;D ;D  Well at least the monkey part - the beans still do talk.

But if you want to talk brisket - you came to the right place.... ;D ;D
