How would I go about it?????

Schneep,
Don't know where it is but I distinctly remember someone smoking Dungoness Crab.  Confident I spelled that incorrectly but search the forum.  Sorry I can't help more.  It should be a short smoke as any seafood like crab, shrimp, scallops etc. will cook fast.

I may be wrong, but i think I remember a smoke on crab leggs on the recipe site.

I agree.  It would be a fast cook..
I've done crab legs on a grill, but never in the Bradley.

I have done shrimp in my Traeger on 225°.  Doesn't take long.

The more I think about it how does a quick steam to barely set the meat, unless you are buying precooked crab legs, so they dont over cook. Split in half and then smoked at a very low temp. Any thoughts?

Never done it.  I'd have to think you'd end up smoking the shell.  Opening up the shell as drew suggested might be better.

My butcher smoked sea scallops a couple of months ago, his first try at them.  He said they didn't go over too well.  But, maybe it was him.

In any case, please let us know how you make out.  Good luck.

Where there's smoke, there's food.
