That last unburnt puck can be re-used?

The second to last puck is partially burnt. The very last one looks unchanged. Can this be used for a future smoke or does the heat it has been subjected to make it a throw away too?

Thanks
Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away.

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.

You can use. If you get some puck pushers you don't have any half burnt ones. Scott has them at Scott's Place.

The unburned one can certainly be used.  If I have one that has some burning on the edge, I'll rub off any crumbly stuff and then use it as a pusher puck.  No problems yet.

Just don't leave it in the Bradley...   Put it back in a ziplock bag and bring it inside.  The humidity causes those things to swell, and it could get jammed in the smoke generator.

If you forget and leave some pucks outside and are concern about maybe they have swelled,

don't throw them away.

You can manually place them (3) in the smoke gen ramp as the first 3 pucks to be used and

you don't have to worry about them getting stuck in the generator.

Just be carefully, it's hot in there.

I would get them puck pushers and you will never have to deal with the partially burnt puck thing.

Till then I would make that partially burnt one the first one on the burner.

I alway reuse mine.   The one that is slightly charred on the edge is the first one in for the next smoke.
