I always get a kick out of folks who bring power tools into the kitchen - there have been some creative uses shown on Iron Chef America and Alton Brown gets into the act on occasion.  If you're a fan of power tools and you like pulled pork you might be interested in this tool  (scroll down to see the video demo).

Looks like something 10.5 should test and review for the newsletter.   :-\   ???

Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

This is a job for 10.5. It looks neat but when I shred pork butt by hand I remove the fat. Can it be done after using this pruduct?

Probably need to do some comparisons to determine value.  I suggest these:

1.  a manual tool for truly large pulling jobs (~ 60% of the price)

2.  A lower cost power tool alternative  (~ 25% of the price)

;D ;D  ;D

Add this one too ... I think it would do the job on about 30 butts in record time.

If she's like any other wife. She will say something along the lines of "Good now you will leave me alone!" ;D

Well Ann was relieved that they don't ship to Alaska   :D  She just did 4 butts for me and it only took her a few minutes. With her around that's about as automatic as it can get.  ;D
