Just checked out the new look for the first time. Pretty cool!

Sorry I don't get to chat with you guys very often but the time zone thing gets in the way. Just when you're sitting down in the chat room, I'm usually somewhere between lunch, my nap, and the pool. All of those activities (and a couple of beverages at the pool) cause me to forget about computer stuff. By the time I'm ready to log on after dinner, it's past midnight on the east coast and you're all pau (finished) for the night. What the chatroom needs is more insomniacs.

I was there briefly, We had just gotten back from dinner after the kids end of year school program.

I'm with you on this one. Not sure why registrations with GMail addresses can't be approved manually for members of decent standing on this forum. But, not so.... we're all lumped in with the spammers and hackers... 'cause they all use GMail and Hotmail addresses ;) I'm a one e-mail address guy... not going back to using an ISP based one for anyone or anything. Pity really, as I think I'd enjoy the occasional live chat...

I agree on the needless email restrictions. I have an ancient account with earthlink.net and used that. No reason the graphic numbers and letters trick can't be used to verify an account application.

From now on, I won't show up until 10 or 11 ET.

On my end they are not needless. You don't have to live with the spammers I have to clear out.

If someone does not want to register with their ISP E-mail address so be it. It is their call.

There will be no change in my policy concerning 2nd party E-mail address, and if I find a new one it will be added to the band list.

I think there are members here that will not register. Again that is their call. The policy stands.

EDIT: If this continues to be a problem I will just eliminate the chat room and you all can ask Bradley to supply you with one. I frankly have grown tired of this complaint. I supply the recipe site at no charge to anyone. The same with the chat room. Follow our guide lines or keep quite.
