I'm a newbie with the OBS and did my first ribs on it this past Saturday. I know no PICS it didn't happen! Truth is I intended to have PICS to post and I did take a couple of PICS as I was trimming and applying the rub to sit in the fridge overnight. But by the time the ribs came out of the smoker I had 40 people waiting to eat ribs, hamburgers and hotdogs. And well, I was a bit busy. I'll do better next time. The ribs were good, but not the best I've ever done. I'll be working on that.

I've been reading a lot of the forums and can say in advance "thanks" for all the help you people bring to anyone that jumps onboard. Many of my questions have been answered already but I plan to make some of the mods to the OBS and try smoking some things (food) I've never smoked before. So some questions will come.

The baby was actually a gently-used Traeger, and that picture isn't really a cat; it's a mobile SETI installation, but, shhhhh....   ;D
