Roget

Hi,

My name is Rodger.
I have been lurking on this forum for the past couple weeks.
I finally bit the bullet and today purchased a BDS 4 rack.
I have it assembled, but it is raining and the forecast is for 3 more days of rain.
Hope to season it in between thunderstorms and smoke this weekend.
I have never smoked before, so I am sure I will need all the help I can get.
After lurking here, I know many of you can, & will, help answer all my stupid questions.
Looking forward to some good ribs, brisket, jerky, & what not.

Welcome Roget!  You'll enjoy the BDS - just remember low-n-slow goodness = patience!  Oh and keep the water pan wet and the vent open!  No stupid questions here - remember assumptions are dangerous to good Q'!
