A quick dinner

With the softball season in full swing we dont have much time for big meals.

So on the way home I asked what we wanted for supper mom said steak, I wanted to say somethin but Taby was in the car ;D

Nope steak is still in the freezer.

Taby said chicken fried chicken, got it, was goin to smoke some drummies and breasts so were off and whippin up some of Tabys favorits.

Taby pealed and boiled the taters, daddy boned, skinned and beat the he!! outta the breasts.

We kinda winged the breading, started off with Bisquick then added some Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, some garlic salt and black pepper.

Then wile Taby was doin her magic mashin the taters daddy made the gravy.

Walla, dinner is served.

I put on a FULL spread yesterday for the Family and wifie did

bring a fork to the sink for me to wash!
