Okay, I laughed my @$$ off.  That was funny as H_LL.  Did he actually say after putting the pepper in that "you've got to stir this $hit up"?  "BBQ is an adventure in heat"?  Did you see that kitchen?  I'm surprised there weren't any cockroaches.

and made up the menu for the Brisket.

I've got to get a hook in my kitchen so I can hang my brisket in a grocery bag before I slice it open like a book.  That must be part of the "process".
