My friend in SD asked me to make some jerky. Said he will send me some goodies  ;D

Reveo with hillbilly marinade  ;D

So that first PIC is a tumbler? Something like I used to polish rocks with when I was about 10 years old? But, really! It's the only thing I know to compare it to. What's the next step? Smoke, dehydrate?

FLBentRider

Its a REVEO vacuum tumbling marination device.

Like FLB said  ;D

Instead of letting the meat soak for 12 to 24 hours i can do it in 20 mins with better results. Smoke or dehydrate after racking and you get this  ;D

It looks good! Thanks for the lesson.

I use London Broil most of the time. Its softer and makes for better jerky. Price fluctuates allot where i live from $1.99 to $4.99 per lb.
