done my two pork butts.turned out awsome.fantastic.can't get over how good food turns out. even a weekend warrior smoker like me can do high quality smoked goods.be real glad to get my new smoker gen.tho,its a pain having to load biscuts every half hour.will be here tuesday,plenty of time till next weekend smoke.reminds me i have to get more biscuts.well you all have a real nice weekend.
