Black Forest Sticks

Heading to Ocean City MD for a week so i got some sticks going. These are black forest pepper sticks. They look green but when they start to smoke they will get black.




Going in at 130* for 1.5 hrs, then smoke at 140* with hickory.

Got em done to an IT of 155*

They will get darker while in the bloom.
