Also, is it ok to smoke different kinds of meat at the same time?

You can do chicken and ribs at same time Chicken on bottom.

Smoke for 2 hrs 20 minutes to 3 hrs.

Set your temp on the digital to 230*

Ron - To avoid any confusion, CRG's instruction is for the "smoke" portion of the cook.  You may need to continue cooking without smoke for longer (until you get the meat as done as you want it to be).
