No Oil leaking into the gulf!!!

BP says that for the first time in 3 months no oil is leaking into the gulf!!!  Lets hope this new temporary cap holds!!!

My fingers are crossed and I have to say I just got back from 12 nights in Gulf Shores, AL and the news media is killing the tourism down there. As bad as this truly is for many reasons the clean up is going so well where I was we could still enjoy our beach vacation and the sea food. Please take the news media with a grain of salt and look through their agenda for the truth for yourself!  Rocking with the Parrot Heads!

This is a big relief to an aweful situation.  That whole deal just saddens me terribly.

I;m glad they got it capped. What blows my mind is it was spewing all that oil (what 600,000 barrels?) and we still have to import oil from other countries. Why I ask.

I am also glad it is stopped. I just hope they don't create a new rupture when they try to tap in down below. That is all the ocean needs is for them to start the leak again.

Maybe the end of the destruction is in sight.  But, the full recovery will be a long one yet to come.  As one NOLA resident described it, "it's been a hurricane that's lasted three months".
