meat probe?

Which one would be good for my DBS4?

If you want to measure both the cabinet and IT of the meat - Maverick 73: if two meats, the Maverick 7 (or maybe it i -71?)

I have one that I got for about $20 and it is as accurate as one I paid $80 for. I like to check the accuracy of my temp probes using boiling water. Just be careful and not get any water in the junction of the wire and probe.

We've all been told water boils at 212 degs but altitude and barometric pressure comes into play and you can check it for your location by going to this site:
