Hello from Alberta!

Good day,

I am a newbie from Edmonton Alberta, I just purchased an OBS and have finished the seasoning. What an amazing smell in the back yard as this was happening!!  I love the smell and taste of smoked meat but have never preformed it before-grilled a lot with a smoker box in the BBQ but not the same.  I already am learning with the boiling water and room temperature meats for preheating sot hank you all very much!!
