hello all and  finally  make  it to my  1000 th  post and when I  got  home i had  received a package from a friend free of charge  with a  request to smoke some brisket for him and  his  family... after  seeing what  he sent . there is no way I would  say  no!!  So i decided for my 1000 post id show off my new toys ... and a good score

Yeah I would find it hard to say no to smoking a brisket for that friend. You might have to throw a butt in there as well.

I'm curious about the fish hook tool. Never seen one like that before. How is it used?

the fish hook knife is a curved small knife that  is used for fancy cutting of fruits  and veggies, Yes it  is a  nice set of toy.  and  yes it is good to have  friends on and off the forum..... start counting my  cuts from the  knives, 1..2...3..4..5...6..  ahhh  never mind.. to many to count

That's a really nice set Beef! I could use something like that for cooking at other people's houses that do not have the proper tools.
