back in my senior year of  high school a  teacher taught the  most important  lesson ever till this  day i still believe the lesson and  message behind it as  simple as it  is, I want to see if you can figure out the statement and  lesson

I agree, but you also need to correct the first one,   one less space -- "THERES IS ..." ain't right.

I have to admit... I refused to get BIFOCALS.
But, I'll take my best guess...
Does it say:
