My First Attempt

Here is my first attempt (successful by the way).  Pork Loin wrapped in bacon after marinating for 24 hours in mix of Jack Daniels, maple syrup, and fresh minced garlic

Here is the Brisket.  Medium Rare.  A little difficult with the Smoker Temp  Setting not working at all (only shows zero no matter if I make it hotter or colder).

Yes, the meat was pretty tender.  Not real tough.  I noticed that one of the pictures, the meat looks real red and rare.  That was more the lighting than anything.  It was a medium rare a little under medium.
