I may be wrong but I think he's referring to Bad Byron's Butt Rub.  Good stuff!  But now that I think about it, knowing NePaS he has a secret receipt for a rub he calls Triple B. :D

Max

4 pushes the spent wood off completly and i leave the SG on during the cook. The bubba's act as a heat retention thus eliminating a foil wrapped brick........................WHEW

Thats more words i spoke since i knowed ya   :D  :D

Nice looking Nepas

How close is the Bradley to your Auber in terms of cabinet temp?
ie   if the Auber says 140, does your DBS say 180 or 120 or something drastically different ?
All I wanted to do was slow smoke some ribs.  Another addiction created thanks to the Bradley that requires regular servicing...  But what an addiction to have.  Even better to share here with some of the best people on the planet.

Would you like smoke with that sir ?

My PID is pretty close to what it reads. The BDS is whats normally fluctuating to much. The 142* pictured is the pre heat while i was getting the butt rubbed. Its steady at 225* right now.

Tenpoint5

Is it done yet?? I just woke up and I am hungry
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

NePaSmoKer

Its more than done  ;D

PID constant at 225*

Ready to get out.

I normally dont FTC but i'm going to this time for awhile  ;D

Mighty fine indeed.  I have found 3 bubba pucks push the last spent puck off.
