4 Day Weekend!!!

Ahhh finally Labor Day weekend is here and its time for some much needed R&R. We headed about an hour south to my families beach condo on Englewood Beach for the long weekend. Unfortunately no smoker so it gonna be a charcoal weekend... We have a lot of plans for the next few days: boating, fishing, beach, food and beer. I'll keep ya'll posted. Everyone have a safe and fun weekend.

First on the agenda - pizza
Second, bake a cake for the wife's birthday - stay tuned for pics....

Here's a little update on my weekend...
Took the boat out yesterday and had a great time

Mommy and Chase

My little Captain

Went fishing on the dock and got my first snook. It was about 16 inches.

This is one meal I always make down at the condo. fettuccine alfredo. One of my favorites.

Chase and I went fishing today and we caught a few fish, but nothing really exciting.... But Chase had a good time.

I caught the pinfish (salt water bluegill) and Chase caught the goldfish.
