Bradley repair service

I started having problems with the briquettes not feeding.  I sent my digital unit back to  Bradley for repair 3 weeks ago.  Today I got it back.  I opened the box to check it out and there I saw it  :o  a brand new digital unit !!  Now this is service that I did not think existed any longer.

I have never run into any better appliance service than from Bradley.
