Got a couple swarmin myself  :D

10.5 lb briskit and 11 lb butt thawing.


Butt is going to be pulled and made into homemade tamales  ;D

You got me! I was thinking of the kind that sting, or maybe the comedian?

I worked with an old man about 33 years ago and he made homemade tamales every year (4-5 years) and brought them to work to share. They were good and I haven't had any since! Yum!
