My daughter will be setting up a booth at the UK game this week somewhere on the campus.

Her Menu:
Sandwiches

Pork Sandwich (with chips and coleslaw)    $ 4.50
Pulled Chicken Sandwich (with chips and coleslaw)    $ 5.50
BBQ Chicken (leg and thigh) (with chips and coleslaw) (Combo w/2 thighs add $.50)    $ 5.00
Smoked & Grilled Bologna (Thick cut w/Cheese) (with chips)    $ 3.50
Smokin' Dogs (with chips)      $ 3.00
Smokin' Brats (with chips)     $ 4.00
Grippo Chips      $ 1.00

Cookie    $ 1.50
Soda Pop    $ 1.50
Tea           $ 1.50

This will be a busy day for her - and a busy night for me...

I know that both Bradley's and my Green Egg will get a workout.

He's definitely a UK basketball nut..  Not sure about football.

This is her first year at UK after going to Morehead State University for her previous two years.

She had setup a booth at Morehead's game last week and did a little over 300.00 - small school = small crowd. I'm worried about this one for her - large school, could = large crowd. She has a total of 4 people helping her, not counting me. Just hope see has enough food to make it worth while.

Cool on Morehead State.  Did a construction project there about 20 years ago.  Neat little town, except for the airport.  We had to turn around a couple of times because of icing.  And the approach was rather ornery, coming in over the lake and Dam.  And because of a couple of Subs I've had a long term dislike of Ohio Subcontractors.   


Oh BTW does UK actually have a football team.  In 3 years of building several buildings around New Circle in Lex. I only heard of Rupp Arena and the basketball team.  I think things were said something like "they couldn't even beat Transylvania Univ."

I'm not a real big UK Football fan myself but I love UK basketball. The football team has been a lot better over the last 10-15 years. While growing up I didn't even know that UK had any other sports other than basketball, so I followed the OSU Buckeyes.
