Not much to say but WOW! I pray for a good and proper healing.

Glad to hear no surgery at this point.  5 broken ribs, d@mn those things hurt.  I broke 4 a few years back so I can certainly sympathize with Steve.  Pile a shattered collar bone on top of that and you've got some real hurt!

Hang in there buddy!

Man o man, Darq, don't know what to say, except get well quick, hope they give you something to keep the pain down - way down, and I'll be praying for a complete and total recovery.  There must be something about Harleys and does - not the first I have heard about.

My best wishes to DM.  Does he at least get to keep the deer?

In Illinois you can, if there isn't massive internal damage to the animal. (not sure who determines that)

A 9mm should take care of that.

So sorry to hear about this.   Were praying for Steven and seems the rest of this great forum is as well.

Get well soon and get back home a hospital is no place to heal.  Believe me, I have spent more then 29 days in one over the last 4 years!
Live, ride, eat well and thank God!

UPDATE:

Just talked to Steve and they released him from the Hospital and he went

to stay with his Parents who live in Oklahoma City. He didn't know his

immediate plans. He said his left arm is strapped in a sling that can not be

taken off for at least three weeks. I read him the comments and He very

much appreciated the kind words and thoughts of everyone.
