Hello to all you wonderful people!!!!

Well I am a 23 year old male from Indianapolis Indiana.  I hunt; goose,duck,deer,turkey, and I'm also an electrician.  Now on to this new OBS!!!
First this forum is the reason i bought a Bradley, and all you awesome people on here!  Brian i believe is his name really sold me this unit when i read these forums and he was interacting with everyone!  Awesome!  I process all my kills myself.  Recently i have been making goose snack sticks with spicy pork sausage as the binder and they have been delicious.  But the taste i was missing was the smoke, the liquid smoke is great...for people that don't take pride in taste!  So i buy this smoker and with 20-25 pounds of snack sticks, i used the mesquite wood, and well is i could send everyone some i would be broke, but i will say they are delicious, and Bradley thanks for such and easy, user friendly smoker! ;D
