All this beer sausage talk got me hungry for my mini beerjaegers  ;D

This is all you need. And some 19mm casing.



2lbs of GB 85/15 with the beerjaeger mixed in.



Casing ready. This is a 4" length and i had some left.



All tied into 2" mini's ready for smoke tomorrow whil i mix up 5 pounds of slim jims.

Not sure about the rest of these guys but I am really starting to hate you!!! I am praying for SNOW in NEPASland so you have something else to do, other than make these delicious looking snack stix!!

I still have some hometime before i head out west. I imagine if i make em and vac seal em they will be good until i get by your way.

Thats my el cheapo sausage pricker tool to let air from the casing.
