Went to see my butcher again today ...

I brought him some small green Naga Jolokias.  His son likes hot stuff.  I got a couple of links of hot Italian sausage and beef jerky samples in trade.  I brought my camera.  Here's a couple of shots.

The sausage stuffer looks like it was made in the 1800's.



Of course he has tools of the trade.



We talked peppers.  He has a dehydrator.  He said to just bring my stuff in and he'll do it.  It doesn't work like that at a mega-mart.

Arnie, where do you live?  Hard to find a butcher like that in the big city.

Same here, the only butcher around me is at Sam's, Kroger, etc...

You're very fortunate Arnie.  I haven't had ready access to a real butcher for 15+ years, and I sure miss it.
