what to smoke this weekend

If you choose the fatty, I need ideas.  I have not done one before.

I agree with CRG, nothing says you can only do one thing at a time. The only limitation should be space in the Bradley and the available amount of adult beverages hydration instruments.

poblano peppers stuffed with beef,corn,cheese and black bean. Serve it over spanish rice with sour creme salsa and cilantro

I'm gonna go with a fatty.  We will see what I come up with.  Also going to throw in some boudain.

Now that's an idea.  I didn't put the boudain in the fatty, I just smoked some on the side.  I went with a fatty with hi-temp cheese, onions, mushrooms and a sprinkle of parm. cheese.  Turned out good, but it was not our favorite item I ever smoked.  I will have to try some different kinds.  I took pictures, but they didn't turn out. >:(  Sorry.
